Original Air Date: July 9, 1975Jack and Mary's walk takes them to the river. Mary says everything she can to prove what a nice person Frank is, but Jack doesn't believe her. She tries to convince him that Frank is such a wonderful person by telling him a story of a time Frank saved a cat's life. Jack decides it is a nice story but doesn't have much to do with Frank running for council. Mary insists she told the story to illustrate how Frank always fixed things and she knows he will do the same on the council. Jack isn't convinced. He tells her he became a reporter so he could set the record straight. Jack and Mary decide that even though they disagree on certain issues, they like each other.
